Sole Mates are designed for women (or men) to give support for those with a classic Morton's or Rothbart's foot when wearing high heels. 

High heels are not advised by Prokinetics Australia, however, we recognise that women sometimes do want to wear heeled footwear. 

In these instances, the micro lift inserts help support the midline of the foot and help to prevent the high levels of wear and tear on the joints associated with heel use.
